Fresh Squeezed Fun Run Waiver

I understand that participation in the Lemonade Day Fresh Squeezed Fun Run is a voluntary physical activity that may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, contact with other participants, weather conditions, and other hazards associated with outdoor events.

I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, or other participants.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Kootenai County Lemonade Day, event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and any associated partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation in this event.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I agree to follow all rules, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by event staff and volunteers.

For Participants Under 18 Years of Age: I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant listed below. I consent to the minor’s participation in the Lemonade Fun Run and agree to all terms of this waiver on their behalf.

Photo & Media Release: I grant permission for event organizers to use photographs, video, or other media taken during the event for promotional and educational purposes without compensation.
